Type: Full-time, Basic Salary & Commission-Based

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth by expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets in alignment with our expertise in Telco services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Development & Planning:
• Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy to position our Telco services as market leaders.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans and targets in alignment with company goals, presenting them to the executive team.
2. Lead Generation & Sales:
• Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential opportunities in the Telco, banking, and enterprise sectors.
• Initiate, nurture, and follow up on leads to ensure consistent pipeline development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and presentations to secure high-value deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through a commission-based structure.
3. Market & Client Insights:
• Analyze and understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitor offerings to shape business strategy.
• Gather feedback from potential and existing clients, relaying insights to management for product and service improvement.
4. Pricing & Cost Analysis:
• Understand the company’s cost structure and pricing mechanisms to create competitive yet profitable proposals.
5. Client Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients to drive repeat business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
6. Long-Term Growth:
• Collaborate with the management team to shape the company’s mid-to-long-term growth strategy.
• Work with the internal team to develop “hit lists” and targeted sales strategies, utilizing a variety of sales kits and marketing tools.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Telco, banking, or technology sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Telco solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise technologies.
• Networking Ability: Established network of contacts in Saudi Arabia’s telecom, banking, or enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
• Sales-Driven: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Cultural Understanding: Knowledge of the Saudi business environment and culture is essential.
Compensation:
