About the Role:
Are you passionate about building high-performance Android apps that impact millions of users? We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our mobile team and help shape the future of our flagship apps.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work on complex challenges and you’ll play a leading role in architecture decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver elegant mobile experiences at scale.
What You’ll Do:
🚀 Lead the development of major Android features and architectural enhancements
🧠 Design clean, scalable, and testable Kotlin code using MVVM, MVI, and Jetpack libraries
🔍 Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to plan and execute new features
🛠️ Review code, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to Android teammates
📈 Monitor app performance and stability using Firebase, Crashlytics, and analytics tools
🔐 Champion mobile security, especially for customer identity, billing, and telco data
⚙️ Contribute to CI/CD processes and improve release automation
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of professional Android development (Kotlin-focused)
✅ Strong experience with Android Jetpack, Coroutines, and app architecture (MVVM, MVI)
✅ Proven ability to work on large, modular codebases and complex app ecosystems
✅ Strong grasp of mobile app performance, security, and REST API integration
✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows and collaborative product teams
✅ Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
🌟Bonus Points:
✨Experience with telco systems
✨Jetpack Compose, GraphQL, or modular Android app architecture
✨Working knowledge of Flutter or cross-platform tools (optional)
✨Experience deploying and managing apps with 1M+ active users
✨Experience with A/B testing, deep links, and analytics
