Virgin Mobile KSA winning the best online experience at CEM in Telecoms Awards


CEOs and GMs of Orange Jordan, Batelco, Omantel and Virgin Mobile alongside senior level Customer Experience Management influencers and representatives from the Middle East, North Africa and Europe telecom operators including Etisalat, du, Zain, Vodafone, Ooredoo, Telefónica, Viva Kuwait, STC, Turkcell, Ufone and many more have gathered on April 13, 2015 at the 4th Annual Customer Experience Management in Telecoms: Middle East Summit & Awards to discuss how to step up customer experience strategies in an era of increasing competition.

The award ceremony celebrated the best-in-class CEM initiatives across a selection of key categories including Best Culture Transformation Programme, Best Contact Centre Experience, Best Online Experience, CEM Champion of the Year and Most Innovative Use of Technology to Improve the Customer Experience. 


The Best Online Experience Award was given to Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa who demonstrated a truly customer-centric project with an online implementation were they used the right tools to talk to their customers and had the solid understanding that mobile and web access should be handled differently. Virgin mobile has worked with some parties to implement the best online experience and Startappz was one of them.

Startappz role was to implement the designs of Virgin Mobile website( portal, number booking service and self care ) using the latest web technologies and for both desktop and mobile views (responsive). We actively recommend the best user experience approaches and insure that the website pages open quickly and properly on most browsers and devices. The website is still being enhanced regularly and more features are being introduced, we keep using the same approach of delivery to make sure we maintain the same quality of delivering.

Furthermore, the best CEM Brand was awarded to Batelco, the best Culture Transformation Programme was awarded to Viva Kuwait and the best Contact Centre Experience was awarded to Omantel.
